Supported Employment

Need A Job? We Can Help.

People sometimes encounter obstacles when they are looking for a job to achieve independence and stability. If you have a developmental disability, mental health condition, substance use disorder, or criminal history, we can help you find a job and learn how to keep it.

Through the Supported Employment Program, The Center offers supported employment for people with disabilities who want to work in the community. People enrolled in this program work with an employment specialist who helps them find, obtain, and maintain competitive employment. An important part of this service is to help each person figure out their individual needs and work goals, and to provide continuous support on and off the job.
