The Center invites you to provide comment on the 2018 Provider Network Development Plan now through April 25, 2018. Click here to view the plan, and submit your comments via email to LPND@chcsbc.org. The finalized plan will be submitted to the Texas Department of State Health Services at the end of April 2018.

In response to the opioid epidemic in Bexar County, The Center for Health Care Services has begun treating women who are pregnant and addicted to heroin or other opioids.

CHCS Foundation Receives Generous Gift for Treehouse Learning Centers

The Harvey E. Najim Family Foundation recently awarded The Center for Health Care Services Foundation a $50,000 gift for the development and implementation of Treehouse Learning Centers at two of CHCS’ Children’s Behavioral Health clinics. Treehouse Learning Centers provide a special place for school-aged children with behavioral health issues to address academic challenges.
