Qualifications and Other Information:
High School Diploma or GED or six months of relevant work experience
Provide routine care for consumers, and complete associated documentation for the consumer and program
Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Health field from an accredited University or College
Adult Behavioral Health Services (ABH): The Care Manager works within a multidisciplinary team to provide an array of direct (face-to-face) and indirect clinical services to adults in a person-centered trauma informed, individualized focused approach utilizing evidenced-based practices delivered to fidelity. These services are delivered in multiple types of settings including field-based services in the individual’s home or other identified locations as well as clinic-based services. Individuals served may have multi-system involvement such is Criminal Justice, Child and Adult Welfare, Veterans, Homelessness, etc.
Associates Degree
Have and maintain current Texas licensure as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC)
Provide direct services for consumers, and complete associated documentation for the consumer and program
High School Diploma or GED
Current Texas LVN licensure
The LVN will provide direct nursing services for consumers, assist with laboratory, EKGs and other medical treatments, maintain pharmaceutical oversight of medication samples, and complete associated documentation for the consumer and program
Children’s Behavioral Health Services (CBH): The Licensed Clinician works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide an array of direct (face-to-face) and indirect clinical services to children/adolescents as well as caregivers in a child-centered, family focused approach utilizing evidenced based practices delivered to fidelity. These services are primarily delivered in a clinic based setting from multiple CBH clinic locations in San Antonio. The Licensed Clinician (Children’s Services) serves as the Lead Non-Medical Provider on the multi-disciplinary team and is the primary person responsible for on-going assessment and recovery planning.
Adult Behavioral Health Services (ABH): The Licensed Clinician works within a multidisciplinary team to provide an array of direct (face-to-face) and indirect clinical services to adults in a person-centered, trauma informed, individualized focused approach utilizing evidenced-based practices delivered to fidelity. These services are delivered in multiple types of settings including field-based services in the individual’s home or other identified locations as well as clinic-based services.
