When was the last time you put mental health front and center? In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, CHCS is hosting a free five-part webinar series featuring local industry experts and real people sharing their journeys of hope and healing.

Every Wednesday in May, new topics will be presented by CHCS peers and staff members, providing insight into The Center’s wide range of programs and services. Sharing stories of success and recovery helps to end mental health stigma, while reminding our community that they are not alone.

This webinar series is open to the public, and all attendees are welcome. Please share with your friends, family and neighbors.

Mental Health Awareness Month is a time to kick down misconceptions and negative connotations around mental health, while reflecting on our own battles with stress and anxiety. To promote this message, we wanted to partner with an organization that advocates for mental health as much as we do! We are happy to announce our CHCS Foundation has partnered with Raising Cane’s for an upcoming fundraiser on Monday, May 23rd.

Stop by any San Antonio Raising Cane’s location on May 23rd from noon to 9:00 p.m. and PLEASE REMEMBER to mention the CHCS Fundraiser. In doing so, 15% of your purchase will benefit the CHCS Foundation and help to expand CHCS’ mission of hope and healing.
