HIV services at CHCS are offered through a variety of programs including:

Project H.O.T. strives to help prevent the spread of HIV through providing access to condom and lube distribution and prevention education, help diagnose HIV by providing free rapid HIV and Syphilis testing, help control HIV through linkage to care that provides HIV positive individuals with the opportunity to live strong and healthy lives; and HOT also provides free access to PrEP in partnership with the KIND Clinic.

Spectra: This HIV early intervention program provides non-medical case management services including assessments, linkage to HIV medical care, substance use and mental health services to people living with HIV and having current or past substance use or mental health diagnoses.

Centro de Vida strives to provide community-based street outreach and access to HIV testing to at-risk individuals including those with a current or history of substance use, MSM and other members of the LGBT communities in San Antonio. CDV also offers overdose prevention education to people at-risk and their families.

TACKLE: Targeted Access to Community Knowledge, Linkage to treatment and Education for HIV/HCV in people of color (TACKLE HIV/HCV in people of color) is a multifaceted program to improve prevention, care, treatment and cure of HCV in people living with HIV (PLWHIV) in South Texas. UNIFY: strives to provide honest and person-centered sexual health counseling, educational groups/workshops, and HIV/HepC testing to youth 13-24, caregivers, and providers. Come see us for pleasure supplies such as condoms, lube and dental dams.
